We are currently enrolling patients new to the area. Please call in to reception to collect a registration form. Please bring photo Identification as required by Health NZ.
Information for Newly Enrolled Patients
Please note - We can only complete your enrolment fully once you fill in the enrolment form, sign the Terms of Trade and provide photo ID or birth certificate.
First Appointment:
- Must have completed the enrolment process (Enrolment + Terms of Trade + ID)
- To book your first appointment, Please call reception and DO NOT book through the APP.
- Note all patients 18+ will require a 15min appointment with a nurse and 30min appointment with a doctor as part of the initial enrolment process. The fee is $95 and payment is required prior to the first consultation.
- Note all patients 14 - 17 will require a 15min appointment with a nurse and 30min appointment with a doctor as part of the initial enrolment process. The fee is $70 and payment is required prior to the first consultation.
Better Health APP:
Our APP is called Better Health Outcomes. You will be able to join once we have completed your enrolment. Via the APP, you can:
- Make Appointments (after your first appointment with GP and nurses)
- Request prescriptions
- View lab test results

- Download the Better Health Outcomes App.
- Select register and enter invite code KAIA.
- Enter your details, you will now have access to your medical information.
