Heart Health and Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac Risk Assessments (as per the Ministry of Health Guidelines) are available at  Kaiapoi Family Doctors.

This test will determine your risk of a cardiac event or stroke within the next 5 years. These assessments are based on age, medical conditions and lifestyle choices. We can work with you to minimise your risk of a vascular event.
