North Canterbury has been my home since I arrived in New Zealand as a young international student in 2000. I worked as an acupuncturist, St John ambulance officer and practice nurse prior to joining Kaiapoi Family Doctors.

I find practice nursing challenging and rewarding, and love the "culture" at Kaiapoi Family Doctors. I am an authorized smear taker and vaccinator. My particular interest is to empower patients to take ownership of their own health.

I came to live in New Zealand in 2014 to be nearer my sister who has lived here for over 30 years. I have two teenage children and they have settled in well to the New Zealand way of life.

In my spare time I like to keep fit by attending the local gym, walking and by playing golf. I am an avid book reader and also try my best at playing Bridge (not an easy task!).
