Important Information

  • The fees listed are for a standard 10-15 minute appointment. An additional fee may be charged for complex or longer consultations. If you have more than one problem and want a longer appointment, please tell the receptionist.
  • If you wish to cancel an appointment, please contact us by phone at least one hour prior to your appointment. If you do not turn up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee of not less than $25.00 depending on the length and nature of the appointment.
  • Payment must be made at the time of consultation.
  • Apologies, but we are unable to run accounts (Please note: We use Aorangi as our debt collection agency. Any fees incurred are at the expense of the account holder).
